The Queen's Dress Code
Please wear your finest Spring Tea Luncheon Attire to impress the royal court. By order of the Queen of Hearts (and Del Mar Country Club policies), no denim, cargo-style clothing, shorts, athletic wear, or distressed garments are allowed.
The Mad Tea Schedule
- 10:30 AM: Arrive to wander through boutique shopping, place your bids in the silent auction, and enter the opportunity drawing. (carpooling is recommended, anticipate a brief 1-2 minute wait at the gate, arrive early)
- 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Take your seat for our magical tea service and special program.
- The afternoon features wonderful guest speakers, the presentation of the Legacy Leadership Award, and the announcement of our early bird and opportunity drawing winners.
Navigating the Royal Gates
Please note that a gate guards the entrance to our wonderland at the Del Mar Country Club. Expect a brief wait of 1-2 minutes as the royal guards securely process your driver’s license and license plate. We highly recommend carpooling with your fellow tea party guests for a quicker journey down the rabbit hole, and complimentary valet will be waiting to take your carriage.
The White Rabbit's Express Check-In
To make your arrival and departure as seamless as the Cheshire Cat’s smile, please pre-register your credit card through the Express Registration below. By securing your royal treasury card in advance, you will:
- Breeze past the lines with a wonderfully quick and easy check-in upon arrival.
- Enjoy a magical, lightning-fast check-out if you win wonderland treasures in the auction or choose to make a donation.
When you arrive at the club, simply flutter over to the Express Registration Check-In Table to get your afternoon started. Rest assured, your golden coins are perfectly safe, as all credit card information is securely encrypted and locked away in our wonderland vault.
